Day 144: Film Noir

This is one photo of a series I'm working on for my Advanced Photo class. We were allowed to do anything that had to do with the book we read, so I chose the chapter on "Once Upon a Time". Were you use your photography to tell a visual story. I have always been a fan of older films (The Big Sleep, Casablanca, Gilda, The Maltese Falcon, and so on) and I was really trying to capture the "film noir" period with this photo. I had a lot of fun and a HUGE thankyou to Maria who is always a wonderful model.
